I like most women love handbags, one of the lines of handbags I
admire is, Celine. The Celine brand was founded in France by Celine Vipiana in
1945. The reason I’m blogging about the Celine handbags, is that their Spring
2014 collection were such a success during Fashion Week. One thing I have to clarify, when I mention
Celine’s Spring 2014 collection, I’m actually referencing what most of the
fashion industry refers to as the ‘Resort’ collection. Which means that Celine’s
Spring collection is available sooner than other brand’s “Spring’ collections.
Celine’s Spring 2014 collection of handbags can be seen on their website, www.celine.com
, but the only one’s listed their so far are the leather handbags under the
Spring 2014 leather goods link http://www.celine.com/en/collection/spring/leather-goods/.
Yes, the majority of Celine handbags are made of leather, but there were a
couple canvas handbags in Celine’s Winter 2013 collection, Fortune Cookie in
canvas madras blue and Fortune Cookie in canvas madras navy. There was one in
their Fall 2013 Collection made of felt, Triple Shopper in felt pearl grey.
Back to the Spring 2014 collection My favorite handbag for the Spring 2014
collection would probably be the Baby Blue multicolour Luggage handbag in pony
calfskin.
If you love Celine handbags like I do and you live in the San
Francisco area I would recommend going to Saks Fifth Avenue at 384 Post St.
